- From 28th March 2022 it is no longer the law to wear a mask in shops or on buses and trains in Wales. This brings us in line with the rest of the UK.
- While it will no longer be law to wear masks or self-isolate, if people have coronavirus symptoms First Minister Mark Drakeford said people would be advised to do so. People with symptoms will no longer be able to get PCR tests, and free lateral flow tests will end from June.
- In response to rising cases, the Welsh government said it would keep some, but not all, of its remaining Covid rules. It is still a legal requirement to wear a mask in health and social care settings.
- Companies will still be expected to assess the risk of Covid in their workplaces and take necessary precautions. Please resepct any differences in the appraoch when holidaying in Wales. Business owners are going their best.
