- Visitors must
report "On Arrival" at the reception building, to book in
and for security reasons. Your day visitors are allowed but must park
by reception. There is no charge but a donation to the charity box
would be appreciated.
- Pitches (with
electric) are allocated prior to your arrival. If you have any special
needs or requirements please be sure to inform us of them when you
book with us.
- ECO mats must
be used in your awnings.
- Pitches are available
from 1pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. If you
these times prove to be difficult for you please let us know.
- Latest
time for pitching up is 10pm. Late arrivals must park by the reception
building. If you think you may be late arriving please let us know.
- All camping spaces
are taken on a first come first serve basis. Gazebos (max 3m x 3m)
are allowed (small charge applies). We ask that during busy periods
/ high season they are situated by tent entrances and not take up
another tent space.
- A speed limit
of 10mph exists on the site at all times. The movement of traffic
between 11pm & 7am is discouraged and late arrivals must park
by the reception block. Bicycles are allowed but please no racing
or speeding.
- Only
one vehicle per pitch.We
do not accept commercial vehicles onto the park.

- Tap water is
fit for drinking
- The launderette
and games room are open from 10am-10pm.
- Telephone kiosk
is by the shop. Emergency numbers are displayed on the shop notice
board
- Showers are coin
operated
- At Tyddyn Llwyn
we try very hard to maintain high standards. By keeping your pitch
tidy and using the facilities provided for disposal of waste the park
as a whole will benefit.
- Fires
are strictly forbidden both on the park and in the areas of woodland.
Barbecues are permitted where they are on a stand and leave no scorch
marks on the grass. The turf or ground must not be dug or interfered
with in any way.
- Please try to
avoid disturbing other people. The volume level of radios and televisions
must be kept down at all times so that no annoyance is caused to other
guests. We request that noise levels are reduced after 10.00pm for
the benefit of all residents. The management will ask anyone behaving
unacceptably to leave the park.
- Adults must supervise
children at all times, including when using the toilet blocks and
play park. We ask adults not to allow their children to play in the
streams or water courses. Children are strictly forbidden from climbing
trees. Please try to respect the parks plant and animal life and avoid
causing any undue damage to them.
- In the interests
of safety we ask that ball games, frisby etc are not to be played
near the caravans/tents/hotel and reception areas.
- Children
are not allowed in the public bar, however there is a room available
for family use. Children must be accompanied at all times
when on the licenced premises.
- Dishes and clothes
must not be washed in the shower block hand basins. Please use the
laundrette facilities for clothes washing. Washing lines are prohibited.
- Your dogs are
welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times and not allowed to
foul the park. We provide a dog walking area but ask that you clean
up after your dog. Dogs must not be left unattended.
- Fire extinguishers
are provided on the park in areas shown on the map (issued on your
arrival)
- The Park Owners
and their employees shall not be held responsible for any accident,
loss, damage or theft to persons, vehicles, caravans, motorhomes,
trailertents or tents, contents or accessories, however caused.
- The management
reserve the right to refuse admission.
- Fees/deposits
are non refundable.
- The management
reserve the right to make any changes to the above.
